We provide professional pallet management, control and auditing services to ensure our clients minimise the financial impact of pallet losses. Lyn Chapman, our founder and “matriarch”, has 30 years of pallet management experience. She began her career in pallets with Chep, and after 10 years started her own pallet control business. Under her guidance, the Company has grown in size and reputation, and although now retired, she is still a source of sage advice.
Caren Leggett joined the business in 2000, and following her mother’s retirement in 2015, became our new Owner and Director. She has continued on with the tradition established by Lyn, building on the existing working relationships forged with our clients, and extending our network to new clients.
Helen Macalister joined us in 2013 to assist us with our increasing workload. She manages our financial accounts and administrative tasks, and has a professional background in Accounting and Human Resources.
Anthony Chapman joined us in 2019 as a Senior Pallet Consultant, and consults to all of our clients. His industry experience includes running his own manufacturing business over a period of 15 years, and he also has a background in Transport and Logistics.
Ada Botsman began her pallet management career with us in 2009. Since then her expertise has grown to include the full breadth of pallet control, building on her considerable civic and accounts administration background forged previously.
Jody Oudendyk joined us in 2020 to assist with our pallet control workload. She has proved to be a quick learner and has a keen eye for detail – a must have skill in pallet control. Her expertise has quickly grown to include the full breadth of pallet control.
Yvonne Dakis joined our pallet account management team in July 2023. She has over 10 years of professional experience in advising clients on pallet management and control.
